The service

Augsma Voice is a subscription software platform provided by AUGSMA Global Investment Ltd that lets organisations build and run AI voice agents for phone and WhatsApp channels.

Accounts and plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance according to the plan selected. Usage above included minutes is billed in arrears at the published overage rate. You may change or cancel your plan from the dashboard.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record, transcribe or place automated calls to the people your agents speak with, and for complying with telecom and data-protection rules in each country you operate.

Availability

Service-level commitments apply only where stated in an Institutional agreement.
